Start with a question
Send Hamla a direct message to ask about your connected business or explore an idea. Replies in a thread keep that conversation together. Reports depend on the data and services you have connected to Hamla.
Prepare, then review
Describe the campaign you want. Hamla can help prepare a draft. Review its audience, content, timing, and costs before approving any action. An AI response can be inaccurate; verify important outputs before acting.
Install in three steps
1. Sign in to Hamla or create an account, and select your business. 2. Open Apps, find Slack, and choose Connect. Approve the requested permissions in your Slack workspace. 3. Return to Hamla to confirm the connection, then open Hamla in Slack and send a direct message. Your workspace may require an administrator to approve installation.
Who can use the connection?
During the pilot, the Slack person who completes installation is the authorized user of the connected Hamla business. Other members are guided to connect their own account; they do not inherit the installer’s access. One workspace connects to one business. Existing installations must reconnect to verify the installer’s identity.
Your data and your choices
Hamla processes the messages you send it, workspace and conversation identifiers, and sender profile details to answer you. Conversation history is stored in Hamla. AI providers process the context needed for replies. Read the privacy policy for retention, providers, and access or deletion requests. Slack data is not used to train our models.
Disconnect whenever you need
In Hamla, open Apps → Slack → Disconnect. To remove the app from Slack, open its app details and choose the removal option. You can install again later. Disconnecting stops future account access; request deletion of retained conversation data separately through support.
