Hamla for restaurants

Fuller weeknights. Fewer no-shows. Reviews from guests who actually came.

Hamla plugs into your reservations, your WhatsApp and your Instagram, notices what a good manager would notice, and drafts the message. You approve. It sends.

  • Sound familiar?Tuesday and Wednesday are half empty, and Friday turns people away.
  • Sound familiar?Reservations that never show up, and a waitlist nobody had time to call.
  • Sound familiar?Reviews only when something went wrong, never from the 200 guests who loved it.
What it looks like

“Weeknights are dead. What can we do?”

That's the whole brief. Hamla looks at your bookings and your WhatsApp history, finds the regulars who went quiet, and builds the campaign. You read it, tap Launch, and go back to the kitchen.

112 regulars have not been in for a month, and 61 of them have replied to you on WhatsApp before. I drafted a Tuesday offer in your voice. It only goes to people who said yes to messages. Shall I schedule it for Sunday evening?

Restaurant questions

Do I need a new booking system?

No. Hamla reads bookings from Calendly today, from any system through a webhook or the SDK, or from a Hamla Form on your site. OpenTable and Google Business are on the roadmap. Nothing sits in front of your guests.

Will guests get annoyed by messages?

Every message goes only to people who said yes, stops the moment they act, and never repeats. A guest who booked does not get the reminder to book. A guest who reviewed does not get asked again.

Can it write in the dialect my guests use?

Yes. Hamla writes in your voice and your language, Gulf Arabic included, and you approve every message before the first one goes out.

What does it cost?

Free for your first contacts. Paid plans start small, and every plan includes every channel and integration. The pricing page has the numbers.
