Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Hamla offers paid plans with a trial, and a payment card is required to start. There is no free plan. Your selected plan is billed when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits power research, planning, content creation, image generation and scheduled agent work. Usage depends on the model and the work involved; a credit is not a chat message. Credits reset monthly, and you can buy more when needed.
How do you count contacts?
One person is one contact, no matter how many campaigns reach them or how many channels they're on.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Your plan includes allowances for AI work, contacts and message delivery. When an allowance runs out, the work that needs it may pause. Check your usage, upgrade your plan or add AI credits to continue.
Are messaging fees and advertising spend included?
Your subscription covers Hamla. WhatsApp provider fees and advertising spend are separate and depend on your connected provider or advertising account.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period. Yearly billing costs less.
