Install and say hello
Sign in to Hamla, select your business, open Apps → Slack, and choose Connect. Approve installation in Slack, then return to Hamla. In Slack, open Hamla and send a direct message such as “Help me plan a welcome campaign.”
Installation is blocked or expired
Ask your Slack administrator to approve Hamla if your workspace restricts apps. If the installation expires, restart Connect from Hamla in the same browser. Do not reuse an old authorization link.
Hamla asks you to reconnect
The connection needs to verify who installed it or obtain updated permissions. The business owner should sign in to Hamla and reconnect Slack. During the pilot, other Slack members cannot use that owner’s account.
A reply is missing
Check that you are messaging Hamla from the Slack account that installed it. Check the reply thread and the Slack connection in Hamla’s Apps page. If the problem persists, email support with the time and a link to the affected message.
Disconnect or remove the app
Choose Apps → Slack → Disconnect in Hamla to stop its account access. You can also remove Hamla from Slack’s app management. Reinstallation is available when you want to connect again.
Privacy and data requests
Email dpo@hamla.io to request access, export, or deletion of your Slack-related data. Include the workspace name and the Hamla account involved so we can verify the request. Removing the integration does not automatically erase saved conversations.
