Your products are ready. Keeping the marketing moving is another job: finding an angle for a post, promoting an offer on your website, following up on an abandoned cart and giving previous customers a reason to return.

Hamla is an AI marketing team that connects to your Zid store. Give it a goal, and its agent uses your product and customer context to research, plan and build marketing work across the channels you connect. That can mean social content for a new collection, a branded pop-up for visitors or a follow-up campaign for customers.

The value is in connecting those jobs. A product launch can become a social post, an on-site offer and a message to a relevant customer segment, with the same product details and brand voice across them.

Here is how to put that team to work for your store.

1. Connect your store and give Hamla the right context

Install Hamla from the Zid app market, complete the connection and check that your store data has synced. Review the products and customers Hamla can see before asking it to plan around them.

The Zid connection gives Hamla access to store context such as products, customers, orders and abandoned carts. Its store-data access is read-only: connecting Hamla does not give it permission to change your catalogue or prices.

Add the details that store data alone cannot explain: your brand tone, priority products, delivery promise and the offer you are willing to make. If you want to use a discount, create or verify it in Zid first. Do not ask Hamla to promise an offer that your store cannot honour.

Connecting Zid also does not connect every marketing channel. Email, WhatsApp and social accounts need their own setup. Start with a channel you have connected and are ready to use.

2. Choose one useful first goal

“Do my marketing” leaves too many decisions open. Choose a problem you can recognise and measure.

A recovery audience and reminder

Reconnect with customers

A customer segment and relevant follow-up

A new collection needs attention

Social content and a campaign for your audience

Choose the opportunity your data supports. A store with little order history may benefit more from lead capture than a highly specific reactivation segment.

3. Turn a goal into a campaign

For abandoned-cart recovery, start with a request like this:

Review the abandoned-cart data available from my Zid store. Prepare one recovery campaign using a channel I have connected. Choose a relevant audience and propose the message and timing. Use my brand tone and the offers that actually exist in my store.

This gives Hamla a goal, a data source and clear boundaries. Hamla can use that context to build the audience and campaign content, connecting the plan to the work needed to carry it out.

If there is not enough data, or the chosen channel is unavailable, resolve that first. Ask Hamla what it can access and what setup remains instead of assuming the campaign is ready.

4. Match the campaign to the channel

A recovery reminder and a new-product post have different jobs. Choose the channel around the action you want someone to take.

  • Email: welcome new contacts, introduce products and follow up with eligible customers.
  • WhatsApp: send a concise reminder through your connected account. Check consent and any required approved template before sending.
  • Website pop-ups: promote an offer or capture contact details while a visitor is on your site. Check the storefront integration and preview the pop-up on mobile.
  • Browser push: reach visitors who have explicitly opted in to notifications.
  • Social publishing: prepare and schedule product content for connected social accounts. Instagram comment and message workflows can also help start conversations with potential customers.

Start with the channel that suits your goal. Add others when they support the same customer journey—for example, an on-site sign-up followed by a welcome email.

Meta and TikTok ad campaign creation is available in beta. Treat paid advertising as a separate decision, with its own review and budget; ad spend is separate from your Hamla subscription.

One collection, several connected marketing jobs

Imagine you are introducing a watch collection. You can ask Hamla:

Use the products in this collection to prepare an Instagram post, a pop-up for visitors viewing the collection and an email for customers interested in watches. Keep the same brand voice and use the existing product links and offer conditions.

Each piece has a different role. The social post introduces the collection. The pop-up gives visitors a reason to take the next step. The email reaches a relevant audience with more product context.

Hamla can create copy and images, prepare social posts for scheduling, build website engagement campaigns and create customer follow-ups. If people respond to an Instagram post, connected comment and message workflows can help turn that interest into a conversation.

These are connected marketing activities, not just a single email campaign. Which ones you run depends on your available data, connected accounts and audience permissions.

5. Make the campaign fit your store

The campaign should sound like your brand and lead to a useful next step. Keep five details aligned:

  1. Audience: does the segment match your goal? Exclude customers who have already completed the intended action where the workflow supports it.
  2. Offer: are the price, discount conditions and expiry accurate?
  3. Destination: does the link lead to the correct product, cart or page?
  4. Presentation: does the message read naturally, and does the design work on mobile?
  5. Sending: are the channel connection, consent, timing and provider requirements ready?

An imported customer record is not, by itself, permission to send marketing. Use an eligible audience and respect opt-outs. WhatsApp and other providers may have separate usage fees.

Hamla carries out work within the permissions and approvals you give it.

6. Review results and give Hamla its next job

After launch, compare the result with your original goal. For a recovery campaign, look for completed purchases associated with the campaign, alongside clicks and audience reach. For a lead-capture pop-up, look at captured contacts and what happens after the welcome message.

Opens or clicks alone do not prove that a campaign increased sales. Check that tracking is working, and treat attributed orders as a reporting signal rather than proof of incremental revenue.

Once you have a baseline, give Hamla a recurring task:

Every week, review this campaign’s available results. Explain what changed and propose one improvement to the audience, message or timing. Use those findings to recommend the next marketing action.

This gives your marketing continuity. Instead of starting from a blank page each week, Hamla can work from your store context, previous campaigns and available results.

Common questions

Do I need to export my customer list?

The Zid integration can sync customer data into Hamla. Check the sync and field coverage before relying on a segment; a spreadsheet should not be your default first step.

Does connecting Zid also activate WhatsApp?

No. Connect and configure the messaging channel separately, then check eligibility and provider requirements before sending.

Can I use Hamla without offering discounts?

Yes. A reminder, product introduction or useful follow-up can stand on its own. Only include a discount when you have a valid offer and a reason to use it.

Where should I start?

Start with one measurable opportunity and a channel you have already connected. You can expand into social publishing, website engagement and recurring follow-ups as your marketing grows.
