Use case · Social

Turn a comment into a conversation, automatically.

"Price?" under a post is a buying signal you're probably answering by hand. Hamla watches for keywords in comments and DMs and replies in seconds — then keeps the contact.

Trigger: Keyword matched

What comment automation looks like.

InstagramFacebook

Watch for the keyword

01

Set the words that signal intent — price, size, available, link, and their Arabic equivalents. Hamla matches both scripts.

Reply in public, briefly

02

A short public reply so everyone reading the thread sees you answer — then move the detail to DM.

Deliver value in the DM

03

Send what they asked for — price, link, availability — before asking for anything. The answer first, the ask second.

WhatsApp

Keep the contact, with consent

04

Ask once whether they want offers on WhatsApp. A yes turns a comment into a contact you can market to; a no still got a good answer.

Stops the moment the customer responds — and never over-messages anyone
Works for every business

Comment intent, across every business.

Comment automation questions.

Does keyword matching work on Arabic comments?

Yes — you set keywords in Arabic, English, or both, and Hamla matches whichever the commenter used. Arabic-first accounts should list common transliterations too, since people mix scripts freely.

Can I message anyone who comments?

A comment lets you reply on the platform, but moving them onto WhatsApp or email needs their consent. That's why the sequence asks once, explicitly, before saving anyone as a marketable contact.

Won't automated replies feel robotic?

They do if the reply is generic. Keep the public comment short and human, put the real answer in the DM, and hand off to a person the moment the question falls outside your keywords.
