Use case · Social proof

Ask for the review at the moment they're happiest.

Reviews compound: they lift conversion and they rank. Hamla waits for the review-eligible event — the customer has the product and has had time to use it — then makes one short ask.

Trigger: Review request due

Wait for real usage

01

Your store fires review-eligible once enough time has passed since delivery. Asking on the delivery day gets you a review of the courier.

Check the mood first

02

A one-tap question — happy or not? Happy customers go to the public review; unhappy ones go to support instead of a one-star.

One ask, one link

03

Send the happy ones straight to the review form. Every extra step costs you reviews — no login walls, no survey.

One reminder after four days. If they still haven't written one, they aren't going to — Hamla ends the sequence there.

Works for every business

Review request questions.

When is the best time to ask for a review?

Seven to ten days after delivery for physical products — long enough to have used it, soon enough to remember. For services, ask the same day, while the visit is fresh.

Is it OK to filter out unhappy customers?

Routing unhappy customers to support rather than a public form is legitimate — you're fixing the problem, not hiding it. Blocking them from ever reviewing is not, and most review platforms prohibit it. Hamla routes; it doesn't gate.

Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?

Most platforms, Google included, prohibit incentivising reviews and will remove them. Send the discount as a thank-you after the review exists, unconditionally, or keep the two campaigns separate.
